Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Each Maternally Melanated box is carefully curated and packaged with love. 💕
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand our reach soon!

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
     

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

3. Subscription Box Shipping

For active subscribers, boxes ship on a set schedule each month depending on your subscription plan:

  • Monthly Boxes: Ship between the 1st–10th of each month

  • Quarterly Boxes: Ship in the first week of the quarter (January, April, July, October)
     

You will receive tracking information once your box has shipped.

 

If your payment is delayed or fails, your box may be paused until billing is resolved (we’ll always notify you first).

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Maternally Melanated is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you provide the correct details — additional shipping charges will apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, Maternally Melanated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at support@maternallymelanated.com. We’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.

6. Damaged Items

If your box arrives damaged or missing items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
We’ll gladly replace the affected item(s) or issue store credit at our discretion.

7. Local Delivery (Optional)

If available in your area, local delivery options will appear at checkout. Deliveries are typically made within 24–48 hours of processing.
